Campsite · Southern Ranges fire district, NSW
This is a privately operated campground — the operator sets the fire rules. Many allow campfires in fire rings outside fire ban periods. Contact them before you travel.
A declared fire ban always overrides the operator's rules.
Their website says (checked 12 July 2026, not yet operator-confirmed)
“Campfires are to be in a contained steel pit (provided) and kept on the concrete or paved pad on each site. Firewood can be purchased on-site (cash only) or you can contact our supplier (contact office for the number). If you wish to bring you own wood, we request that there are no nails, screws or any other damaging material. You will be asked to remove this wood from our property.”
