Campsite · Greater Sydney Region fire district, NSW
This is a privately operated campground — the operator sets the fire rules. Many allow campfires in fire rings outside fire ban periods. Contact them before you travel.
A declared fire ban always overrides the operator's rules.
Their website says (checked 12 July 2026, not yet operator-confirmed)
“Campfires: Guests may have a small fire at their campsite IF THEY BRING THEIR OWN OFF-GROUND FIREPIT WITH AN ASH COLLECTION TRAY . It is the guests responsibility to ensure the fire is kept small, under control and is supervised at all times. Fires are to be extinguished with water. During the period that the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) declare a fire ban, fires are not prohibited in the park.”
