Campsite · Wide Bay and Burnett fire district, QLD
This is a privately operated campground — the operator sets the fire rules. Many allow campfires in fire rings outside fire ban periods. Contact them before you travel.
A declared fire ban always overrides the operator's rules.
Their website says (checked 12 July 2026, not yet operator-confirmed)
“Small open fires are permitted only in firepits provided. You are also welcome to bring your own firepit to the park. Any QFRS enforced fire bans must be respected and adhered to. Firewood is available at the Kiosk. Coals must be disposed of in the designated bins only. Fires must never be left unattended.”
