Campsite · North East fire district, VIC
This is a privately operated campground — the operator sets the fire rules. Many allow campfires in fire rings outside fire ban periods. Contact them before you travel.
A declared fire ban always overrides the operator's rules.
Their website says (checked 12 July 2026, not yet operator-confirmed)
“Fire Rules: Regulations must be observed on Total Fire Ban days or during the Shire Fire Ban Season. BYO fire bins are permitted during snow season only and must be authorized by Park Management first. Fire bins must have at least 30cm clearance from the ground. Please ensure fires are fully extinguished when unattended. Fire ash must not be dumped on park grounds. Ash bins are located around the park.”
