Campsite · East Gippsland fire district, VIC
This is a privately operated campground — the operator sets the fire rules. Many allow campfires in fire rings outside fire ban periods. Contact them before you travel.
A declared fire ban always overrides the operator's rules.
Their website says (checked 12 July 2026, not yet operator-confirmed)
“Can I have a campfire? Yes, however fires are strictly only permitted in the fire pits. Fire pits: We have limited firepits available for hire. Cost is $20 for the duration of your stay. However, we ask that you request these at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Firewood can be purchased ($15 per bag) from the Office or you can bring your own. Strictly no wood is to be collect from our property. (Also note that wood needs to be cut ready for use before arrival)”
